Carnell Scruggs, CCIM is Principal of The Genesis Group in Nashville, Tennessee, where he leads the firm's retail leasing, sales, and investment property practice. A seasoned commercial real estate executive with more than four decades of experience, Scruggs has built a distinguished career advising business owners, private investors, institutional clients, and Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) — completing in excess of 200 transactions throughout his career.
Scruggs is an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC), where he has served as co-chair of the Alliance program.
