Carol specializes in finding the perfect bed and breakfast, country inn, or other small business for her buyer clients and the perfect buyer for her clients who are ready to sell their business. Before becoming a professional Realtor, Carol was a 20 year corporate marketing director, 12 year Cape Cod innkeeper/chef and career change consultant. Carol and her husband Tom transformed their Cape Cod Inn in every aspect and attained both financial and critical success winning the coveted national Inn of the Year award, the first of many accolades, in their third year of operation. Carol knows business, and she knows the Cape and its many competitor locations around the country. Her happy real estate clients nationwide are proof of her success.
