Carol Ellis-Cutler is a First Vice President at CBRE. She has more than 30 years of experience in the commercial real estate industry, specializing in Miami-Dade and Broward Counties. Focused exclusively on office and healthcare advisory services including leasing, sales, and business development. In her current role at CBRE, Carol focuses on both Owner and Tenant Representation, assisting institutional investors, entrepreneurs, and family offices including site selection and lease negotiations. As a South Florida resident and committed community leader for over three decades, Carol's strengths include having a proven ability to turn around underperforming assets and maximizing profitability for client-owned assets while providing opportunities for Tenants from existing relationships and extensive leasing negotiations experience across the office and healthcare commercial real estate disciplines. Carol is a Board of Directors Member of the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and its immediate past Chair of the Real Estate Committee. She is also an Executive Committee and Board member of Women in Healthcare and is president-elect for its Florida Chapter.
