Carol Ann Flint joined Newmark Grubb Knight Frank Capital Group as an associate director in 2011. Specializing in investment sales, Ms. Flint offers her clients the advantage of her vast knowledge of New York City development, retail and multi-family markets. Her multi-family sales experience includes properties across all lower Manhattan neighborhoods, Harlem, Washington Heights, Inwood, Bronx and Brooklyn. Ms. Flint is also deeply acquainted with New York State Division of Housing and Community Renewal, New York City Housing Preservation and Development and Department of Finance requirements, filings and abatements.
Prior to joining Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, Ms. Flint served as a senior director of investment sales at Besen & Associates in New York.
Ms. Flint holds a B.B.A. degree from the University of Texas at Austin.
