With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing from Michigan State University and more than two decades of experience spanning real estate, business, and leadership, Carol Perry offers her clients a level of professionalism, creativity, and personalized service that goes far beyond the transaction.

Carol’s background extends beyond traditional real estate. She has built a commercial building from the ground up, overseen multiple home renovation and investment projects, and helped numerous investors achieve high returns. Before entering real estate, she owned and operated a successful competitive dance studio, served as Lead Faculty for Dance at Lansing Community College, and was also National Business Manager for Curtain Call Costumes. In her real estate career, she went from Sales Associate to obtaining her Broker License. She served on the Agent Leadership Council at Keller Williams, was District Director for Fathom Realty, and is an ICON Agent and Certified Mentor at eXp Realty.
