Carol’s extensive experience in CRE includes business development and marketing roles, with the last 19 years as a real estate agent, property manager and broker. Convergent Commercial combines the strength of national platforms and training with local market knowledge and relationships to achieve the maximum value and solutions for CRE investors and business owners. Carol is active in the Florida CCIM Chapter and is a long time member of the Central District. She is a Past President of the Central Florida Commercial Association of Realtors (CFCAR). She is a proud member of the CCIM Institute and was given the distinguished Hank Thompson Award by the Florida CCIM chapter in 2023 for leadership and service.
Education
Senior Course studies at Valencia College and University of Florida. Carol has extensive CRE training via The CCIM Institute and other industry associations.
