Carole Porretta has been a licensed Realtor since 1992, a Broker since 2004 and is now in her 19th year as Broker/Owner of Coventry Realty LLC in the Village of Metamora. She has devoted most of her career to serving Metamora and the many surrounding communities. To date, this premier boutique real estate office has reported gross sales exceeding $300 Million. Carole has earned her Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI) designation and participates in many educational classes and seminars to keep current in the changing world of real estate. Carole gives a lot of her time and herself to the community. For 22 years, she sat as a Board Member and Secretary for Banbury Cross Therapeutic Equestrian Center (a riding experience for children with special needs), for six years sat on the Board and continues to participate in Seven Ponds Nature Center, is a 30 year member and for 10 years acted as Membership Chair of Metamora Chamber of Commerce, sat on the Metamora DDA for eight years, sat on Professional Standards Committees for real estate boards, has been active with the Lapeer Community Schools and Pilgrim Presbyterian Church. She is a private pilot and member of AOPA. With her 33 years in real estate and previous background in law, Carole brings to the table a wealth of knowledge, success, and compassion to the industry.
