With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Carolina Herrera has dedicated her career to mastering land acquisition, development and construction of real-estate together with advocating for homebuilding industry initiatives. Currently, she serves as the Vice President of Land Acquisitions at Lennar Homes, one the leading builders of quality new homes in the United States. She leads a dynamic team focused on acquiring prime land for the home-building operations in Southeast Florida.
Her strategic approach and deep market insights have been instrumental in driving Lennar’s growth, enabling them to capture a remarkable 60% market share in her region. Her educational background has equipped her with a robust foundation in commercial real estate, development, legal transactions, operations, financial analysis, and financing. She has the ability to transact complex real-estate acquisitions, ventures and partnerships. Her experience in entitlements and government affairs has been instrumental to her success.
Carolina is actively involved with the Builders Association of South Florida, where she serves on the Board. Previously, she held the position of President, leading initiatives to support and advance the home-building industry in the region.
