Caroline Oliveira brings over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry to her role as Vice President of Operations and Asset Management for Fairbrook Hotels, LLC. She is responsible for overseeing the operational and financial performance of the company’s hotel portfolio, managing asset value, and leading human resources initiatives to build and support high-performing teams.
Caroline began her hospitality career in her home country of Brazil, earning a degree in Hotel Administration and gaining hands-on experience through internships at two prestigious Brazilian hotels, specializing in Front Desk Management and Kitchen Production. After moving to the United States, she refined her skills at the renowned Homestead Resort in Hot Springs, Virginia.
Throughout her career, Caroline has held key roles in some of the most distinguished hotels and restaurants in Charlottesville, gaining extensive experience in food & beverage, sales & reservations, and general management. In 2016, she joined Fairbrook Hotels as the General Manager of the award-winning Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Charlottesville, Virginia, where her leadership, financial expertise, and commitment to guest satisfaction elevated the property’s performance and reputation.
Her success as General Manager led to her promotion as Director of Operations, where she played a pivotal role in overseeing multiple properties, training leadership teams, and driving operational excellence. Now, as Vice President, Caroline continues to lead Fairbrook Hotels in achieving financial, operational, and customer service excellence while ensuring a strong organizational culture through her oversight of human resources and talent development.
