Caroline Shaddock grew up around the real estate industry and, due to this exposure, possesses an innate entrepreneurial spirit and personally demonstrates the family-business culture for which Shaddock Companies people are well-known. Caroline currently lives in the Dallas area near her family. She was born and raised in Plano, where she participated in dance and soccer and was a member of the National Honors Society and National Charity League. Caroline graduated from Southern Methodist University in 2012 with a Bachelor of Science in Economics with Financial Applications and a Minor in Psychology. While at SMU, she was involved in Theta Sorority and CASA. After college, Caroline worked at Willow Bend Mortgage, Shaddock Homes Design Center, and Shaddock Development. Caroline values building relationships, her current role in the company, volunteering in the community, organizing support efforts, and collecting donations for local needs.
