Carolyn's focus is on retail and office properties in the south west, but also on market town properties located nationwide. Carolyn has acted for a number of Institutions, property companies, high wealth individuals and tenants. Carolyn also carries out a number of valuations and Independent Expert Reports for a variety of purposes including referrals to independent expert, arbitration and court. Carolyn also provides asset management and day to day management on portfolios of retail units.
Carolyn is a bristolian and joined Savills in 2005 when Savills acquired Mansfield Elstob Main, a specialist retail and Investment practice.
