For more than 25 years, I've helped people buy and sell across Columbus, Bartholomew County, and Central and South Central Indiana — and I've never done it from a distance. This is my hometown market. I know the neighborhoods and lake communities, the school districts, the areas that flood and the ones that don't, and which listings are priced right and which ones are wishful thinking. Outside of real estate, you'll often find me gardening, cooking, boating on the lake with my family, or enjoying a game of pickleball or tennis. I am terrible at golf but somehow always win when we play putt putt :) My husband, Martin, and I have raised our son, Noah, in Columbus and understand firsthand what makes Southern Indiana such a wonderful place to call home.
