Bio
Mrs. McNeil is the Director of Asset Management for Cape Asset Management. Her focus is on leasing retail space within Cape’s property portfolio. In addition to leasing, she is involved with the acquisitions and dispositions of improved property and outparcels. She is also involved in working with other departments within Cape as it pertains to financing, insurance and property management. Mrs. McNeil has over 20 years of commercial brokerage and development experience. She began her career in Cincinnati, Ohio as a retail broker. She moved to Charlotte, North Carolina in 2005 and continued in retail brokerage where she eventually moved into both a broker and development role. Mrs. McNeil has been with Cape Asset Management since 2013.
