Carson is an emerging commercial real estate professional specializing in industrial assets in the Austin market. Carson brings direct brokerage experience to the Austin market, having supported the Bollow/Stevens Industrial Team at Colliers in Salt Lake City, where he contributed to active industrial deals, property tours, lease comps, and marketing collateral. That experience gave him a strong foundation in tenant needs analysis, market research, and transaction support that he now applies to Austin’s fast-moving industrial landscape.
Carson completed a Bachelor of Business Administration in Entrepreneurship with a minor in Real Estate at the University of Utah’s David Eccles School of Business, May 2026.
