Carter Brehm is a Managing Director for Alliance Residential, responsible for sourcing new Investment opportunities throughout Georgia. His duties include land acquisitions for development, financial analysis, market research, and managing the entitlement and design processes for multifamily developments. Since joining Alliance in 2021, Carter has been involved in the development of over 2,500 multifamily units in Georgia, representing a total capitalization of over $600 million. Prior to Alliance, Carter worked for Colliers International as a Senior Associate where he assisted in the marketing and disposition of over $1B in multifamily value-add assets throughout the East Coast. Mr. Brehm graduated from the University of Alabama where he earned a B.B.A. in Marketing with a concentration in Real Estate.
