Bio
I’m Carter Jay, Broker at The Jay Company, a real estate brokerage serving clients across South Carolina and Georgia. I specialize in helping clients buy and sell land, as well as handling select commercial real estate transactions.
Over the years, I’ve worked with clients on properties ranging from small family tracts to large investment parcels — transactions as large as 900 acres in size and up to $7 million in value. No matter the size or scope, my commitment remains the same: I always answer the phone, stay available, and work hard to make every transaction smooth and successful.
I graduated from Clemson University with a B.S. in Agribusiness, and I bring that background — and a lifelong love of the land — to every deal I work on. When I’m not helping clients, you’ll find me outdoors, working to improve our family farm for wildlife or spending time with my wife, Caroline, and our son, Strick, in Clinton, South Carolina.
