Bio
Carter is a native of Tulare County who grew up in Agriculture. He ultimately landed in commercial real estate after working a plethora of jobs. His transition into this field stemmed from a summer working for Marty Zeeb where he was able to preview the profession. Since then, he has applied CRE into his everyday life in an attempt to become an expert in his field and the Central Valley's unique markets.
Carter is also a graduate of Gonzaga University and finished magna cum laude with a bachelor's degree in business administration. He concentrated in finance but also received a minor in entrepreneurial leadership from Gonzaga's esteemed Hogan Program.
