Casey serves as Development Associate – Midwest Region at Logistics Property Company, where he is responsible for the sourcing, underwriting, and execution of deals.
Prior to Logistics Property Company, Casey worked for Amherst Residential in Austin, TX, where he initially supported SFR (single family residential) acquisitions efforts then later helped launch a new investment strategy focused on modular construction. Before Amherst, he underwrote and analyzed the viability of value-add multifamily deals for a principal investor deploying institutional capital.
