Casey Smallwood joined SRS in 2022 as senior vice president and managing principal in the Louisville office. He is responsible for recruiting team members and growing SRS’ presence in the region. Casey focuses on tenant and owner services and works to promote those offerings to retail real estate clients in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana.
Casey has more than ten years of experience in commercial real estate. Over his career, Casey has gained a vast knowledge of retail tenant representation and worked with a multitude of clients on site selection in Kentucky, Tennessee, and Indiana. Casey has represented many notable retailers including 7 Brew Coffee, AT&T, Bluegrass Hospitality Group, Carvana, Discount Tire, Dollar General, Drake’s, Guggenheim Partners, Jiffy Lube, NAPA Auto Parts, Planet Fitness, pOpshelf, Taco Bell, Veterinary Emergency Group, Wendy’s, Wild Eggs, and Wingstop.
