Cater participates nationally in all aspects of real estate tenant representation, landlord representation, and facility dispositions for the food industry.
Drawing upon her background in refrigerated freight brokerage, she uses her knowledge of national freight lanes to match food-related companies with strategically located facilities. Cater supports her clients by investing in industry relationships and providing unique solutions for cold storage, food distribution, and food manufacturing brokerage. Growing up with both parents in the temperature-controlled 3PL trade, she heard a lot about the movement of food and can relate to the complexities of the business.
Cater began her career in real estate as an Analyst for the Industrial Services team at JLL. Prior to joining OnPace Partners, she worked for 2 years as an Associate Broker for the Food Advisory Services team at Colliers International. Cater earned her undergraduate degree from Davidson College and resides in Atlanta with her husband and dog.
