Cathy has been in the Real Estate Business for 15 and a half years. Also, an Interior Designer for 20 years. In the Real Estate Business, she was part of a six-person team who sold a Forty -four Million Dollar condo conversion. Cathy also worked with Investors selling them Twenty- five homes in three months. Her other specialties include high end homes and Commercial Real Estate.
Cathy prides herself on listening to her Clients needs and wants. She says "God gave us two ears and one mouth for a reason". Her ability in Design can help in staging homes to get the most for a property. Cathy can also Virtually Stage a home so Clients can see the reality.
Cathy has won awards for Tenacity and Relationship Building, saying "My Clients become my friends, I want them to trust everything about me and my abilities". Only wanting the best for her Clients she is available most anytime, except maybe when she is back in Iowa spoiling her five Grandchildren and two Daughters and their husbands, but still a phone call away.
Cathy is creating a new, and exciting life in Wyoming now, although she has lived here before and knows many wonderful people and has family here in Riverton. Always eager to help, Cathy is excited to become a vital part of the community through volunteering and Real Estate.
