As a proud lifelong resident of Little Neck/ Douglaston area, there is nothing that gives Cathy more pleasure than meeting people who share some of her memories of Little Neck years ago. She is a full time Associate Broker with Arash Real Estate and has taken part in the sale of approximately two hundred fifty homes in our neighborhood. It is important to her to let potential clients know her fiduciary responsibility is always to the seller of the property and that her goal is to get the homeowner the best possible price in the quickest time from a qualified buyer, with the least amount of stress. Her task is to provide the services necessary to reach this goal, at the same time realizing that the investment made in the property was not hers.
