Bio
Cathy is based in San Francisco and is responsible for acquisitions and asset management of properties in the Bay Area. Before joining Beacon Capital Partners, Cathy was a Senior Research Assistant at the Federal Reserve Board of Governors in Washington, D.C. While at the Board of Governors, she researched, analyzed, and monitored the U.S residential and commercial mortgage markets and products.
Cathy holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics and Mathematics from the University of Georgia and a Master of Business Administration from the Haas School of Business at the University of California, Berkeley. She is also a Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) Accredited Professional.
