Cathy's interest in the real estate and construction business started in the early 70's when she went to work for a company that was in both the construction and real estate business on the east coast. She moved to California in the late 70's and again went to work for a company in construction, real estate and property management. In the early 80's she went to work for a real estate company and later decided to become a real estate agent. Cathy soon found a great satisfaction in helping clients with a purchase or sell of a home. With her knowledge from working for construction companies she found her niche to be selling new construction homes. She enjoyed being involved with her clients from the beginning process of finding the best home loan to making choices of amenities and finally moving into their new home. This led her to the mortgage business in 1989 for over ten years.
Since 2004 Cathy has been a broker-associate and co-owner of Strong Real Estate, Inc. Married to Mike Strong, she has two children and four grandchildren. Cathy and Mike have lived in their home in California City on the Tierra del Sol golf course with wonderful views of the mountains and beautiful sunsets since 1989. She was elected as a member of the California City Council in 2006 and served in this position unitl December 2010.
