Chad Baldwin is a Senior Associate with Stream Realty Partners in Austin. He is responsible for assisting in sourcing, executing, and managing Stream’s development and investment platform in the Austin/San Antonio and surrounding markets. Prior to joining Stream, Chad worked for CapRidge Partners in Austin, Texas, where he was on the Investments team. At CapRidge, Chad participated in deal sourcing, deal execution, financial modeling, due diligence, asset management, and disposition of office and industrial assets across the Sun Belt. Prior to joining CapRidge, Chad worked for Invesco Real Estate in Dallas, Texas where he was on the Valuations team. At Invesco, Chad assisted with the valuation and asset management of Invesco’s U.S. direct commercial real estate investments for separate account clients and various funds.
