Chad began his career in commercial real estate in 1998 at Duke Realty (now ProLogis), which is one of the nation’s largest commercial real estate companies. Chad started in Accounting and then transitioned into Financial Analysis where he provided consulting services and was responsible for underwriting transactions involving leasing, development, building and land acquisitions and dispositions. Chad later transitioned into an Industrial Leasing position in Indianapolis, where he was responsible for leasing a portfolio of over 20 million square feet. Chad later transitioned into Commercial Real Estate Brokerage at Resource Commercial Real Estate and then later transitioned back to Duke Realty as a Research Analyst. In October 2022 Duke Realty was sold to ProLogis and Chad transitioned back to Resource Commercial Real Estate, which had merged with Bradley Company to become Indiana’s largest locally owned and independent commercial real estate services firm.
