?Chad Boulay has over 20 years of diversified real estate industry experience managing over 40,000,000 square feet of real estate nationally during his career. Specializing in commercial property and asset management, Mr. Boulay's experience spans across all aspects of real estate including but not limited to: business development, property investment & redevelopment, construction management, brokerage and vendor management. Over his career, Chad has negotiated hundreds of leases and participated in both the disposition and acquisition of properties nationally. Chad is an active real estate investor and provides consulting services to private and institutional clients. Chad received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Assumption College in Worcester, MA, is a Massachusetts licensed realtor and a member of BOMA Boston.
