Chad DeFoor is a Senior Vice President for Colliers International Atlanta multifamily investment sales team, where he specializes in the listing and sale of Class B and C apartment complexes for private and regional investors. During Chad’s brokerage career he has sold over 37,000 apartment units, with a value more than $2.6 billion. Mr. DeFoor has over 23 years of experience in multifamily brokerage, asset management, acquisitions and dispositions with a specialization in workforce housing. Prior to joining the Colliers team, he served as a Managing Director for Multifamily Investment Sales for the Atlanta office of Capstone Apartment Partners.
