Chad Gottsegen is the Managing Director and Broker of LRM Commercial Real Estate Advisors, a boutique commercial real estate firm specializing in office, industrial, flex, and investment properties throughout South Florida. Born and raised in Boca Raton, Chad combines deep local market knowledge with a relationship-driven approach that has earned the trust of landlords, tenants, owner-users, and investors across the region.
A graduate of Saint Andrew’s School and Florida Atlantic University’s College of Business, Chad has built his career around helping businesses grow by identifying strategic real estate opportunities that align with their long-term goals. Under his leadership, LRM has expanded to represent more than three million square feet of commercial property and has facilitated hundreds of transactions totaling over $500 million in value.
