Bio
I’ve spent more than 15 years in commercial real estate working across office, industrial, retail and mixed-use properties. My career started in property management and evolved into asset management, leasing strategy and portfolio leadership, giving me the opportunity to work through commercial real estate from an ownership perspective.
Over the years, I’ve oversaw both local and multi-state portfolios, including more than 6 million square feet of industrial real estate. My experience has included leasing and negotiations, acquisitions and dispositions, capital planning, financial performance, property operations and tenant relationships.
Today, I’m a Director with Cushman & Wakefield in Indianapolis, where I’ve brought that ownership-side experience into brokerage and advisory. I work with owners and occupiers on landlord and tenant representation, leasing strategy, acquisitions, dispositions and other real estate needs.
Having spent much of my career sitting on the ownership side of the table and working directly with brokers, I understand that good real estate advice goes beyond simply getting a deal done. I enjoy understanding the bigger picture behind a client’s real estate and helping work through the operational, financial and strategic considerations that ultimately drive the decision.
I’m a Ball State University graduate with a B.A. in Residential Property Management and a minor in Business Administration and have held an Indiana Real Estate Broker License since 2009.
Outside of work, I’m active in the Center Grove community and serve on the Board of Directors at Dye’s Walk Country Club. Most of my free time is spent with my wife and two daughters, usually around a golf course or one of the girls’ activities.
