Chad has an extensive background in the field of office and industrial development. As co-developer of Endeavor’s Domain project, he has been responsible for entitlements, master planning, financing, horizontal and vertical construction, marketing, and general oversight for 2.1 million SF of Class A office space. In addition, he has acquired an additional 1.7 million SF of space in office and industrial properties throughout Central Texas.
Before joining Endeavor in 2002, Chad was a Senior Vice President of Office and Industrial Development with Trammell Crow Company. In this role he handled entitlements, design and financing for three industrial developments and an office complex with a total of more than 750,000 SF. Prior to that, Chad was responsible for leasing the company’s six million SF industrial portfolio.
