Chad Maxner is originally from a suburb of Boston, Mass. Graduating from Boston University in 1976 with a Bachelors Degree in Liberal Arts. Prior to his career in Industrial Brokerage he worked in the Import/Export business for ten years and traveled extensively throughout the far east, as well as other international ports and domestically. In 1988, Chad joined Fox Industrial Realty and began what is now 21 years in the Real Estate Business. Mr. Maxner has been a member of the “AIR” since 1988.
In 1996, after a six month period at Daum Commercial, he set out on his own realizing that he was not geared toward Corporate America - having always worked with smaller entrepreneurial companies. Chad’s main focus has been downtown Los Angeles and cities with immediate proximity, although on occasion he finds himself working in other regions of southern California.
Aside from work, he has a lovely wife Sharlene and two beautiful daughters ages 13 1/2 and 10. He enjoys Golf; Snow Skiing and Karate both of which he shares with his two daughters.
