Bio
Chad Meyer started at Stream Realty Partners in March 2025 as a Business Development Associate for Stream’s Tenant Representation division. He is responsible for creating new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and constant interaction with all current and prospective clients. In this role, Chad will focus on sourcing and assisting with lease transactions, market research, trends, and collaborating on deals with Stream’s transaction personnel.
Before joining Stream, Chad was a Business Development Representative in tech sales at Empora Title. He spent a large amount of time understanding the title and escrow of real estate transactions, along with how to navigate the deal process. His experience gives him a deeper understanding of customer prospecting, client relations, and process timelines.
