Chad Schroedl is Vice President at SVN Chicago Commercial and member of the SVN Urban Team. He has well over $100M in transaction experience in the sale, development and leasing of office properties in the Fulton Market, West Loop and other downtown neighborhoods of Chicago.
With a law degree, specializing in land use and zoning, his real estate experience includes land development and adaptive reuse of historic buildings, portfolio sales, and extensive landlord representation assignments.
Chad is founding member of the SVN Urban Real Estate Team. Headed by Scott R. Maesel, the team has grown and positioned themselves as the definitive West Loop/Fulton Market and near west side commercial property experts. With well over 100 completed transactions of both sales and leasing.
A resident of the West Loop, Chad is an active participant in the West Loop Community Organization, West Central Association, and volunteers his time with the Urban Land Institute. He enjoys travel, skiing, running, hiking and exploring new restaurants.
