Chad Termul brings a passion for client relationships and a wealth of expertise in retail, investment and commercial finance. With 25 years of experience, including over 10 years in mortgage financing, Chad has consistently helped clients achieve their goals through tailored solutions and trusted, insightful advice. As a Territory and Relationship Manager - working across Alberta, Saskatchewan, and BC, he has gained invaluable knowledge along the way.
In addition to his finance career, Chad also owned and operated a renovation company for over 15 years, specializing in residential renovations and light commercial tenant improvements. This has further developed his entrepreneurial spirit and added a creative approach to everything he does.
After spending most of his life in Alberta, he and his wife Lindsey traded the cold prairies for the sun-soaked beauty of the Okanagan, which they are now fortunate to call home. Outside of the office, Chad enjoys spending time outdoors, whether it’s traveling, exploring, or relaxing on his boat.
