Chandler Larsen is a Managing Director in Stream’s Downtown Los Angeles office. In this role, Chandler advises corporate occupiers on leasing strategy, site selection, and transaction execution across local and multi-market assignments. He has a strong background in office tenant representation, with experience advising law firms, entertainment companies, and financial services organizations on complex real estate decisions.
Prior to joining Stream, Chandler served as a Principal at Avison Young in Los Angeles. With more than a decade of experience, he has represented a wide range of national and global clients.
