Before founding Moreau Property Advisors, Chandler Moreau built over a decade of experience guiding clients through commercial transactions across diverse property types. His recent work includes the sale of a former military testing facility later developed into a major manufacturing site for James Avery, representation of Nothing Bundt Cakes in new store rollouts, and advising the Kenedy Memorial Foundation on strategic land dispositions. He has also helped real estate investment trusts and developers acquire and reposition properties across high-growth markets.
Today, Chandler specializes in industrial site selection, warehouse and distribution center leasing and sales, retail leasing and investment transactions, and development land—grounding every deal in data, market knowledge, and practical execution.
