This philosophy has been the cornerstone of my real estate career.
My 30+ years’ experience as an appraiser and real estate broker allows me to achieve outstanding value results for those I represent. Clear communication and ongoing education with clients ensure that each transaction proceeds smoothly and with confidence. While I have a particular passion for guiding first-time homebuyers, a significant portion of my business comes from referrals and repeat clients.
I am honored to have been recognized by satisfied clients with the “Five Star Real Estate Agent” award, as featured in Seattle magazine, for 14 consecutive years (2012–2025). I’ve also obtained the MCNE (Master Certified Negotiation Expert) and ASP (Accredited Staging Professional) designations.
As a lifelong Pacific Northwest resident, I enjoy family activities, gardening, and painting kindness rocks. I’ve been active in several community service initiatives including Big Sister (BBBS program), coordinated holiday giving efforts, served community meals, and support the Michael J.
