Responsible for the direction of real estate operations at Misra Group since 2007, and with over 25 years of experience in the industry, Mr. Arnold has managed over 500,000 square feet of real estate over the course of his career. He oversees the properties in our portfolio; interacts with tenants, investors, and financial institutions; and manages all facility renovations performed by third-party contractors. Mr. Arnold is experienced in the areas of acquisition, financing, and project/construction management. He has a broad knowledge of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, power co-generation, and government-subsidized energy saving incentives. Mr. Arnold is a Real Estate Broker and member of the Real Estate Board of New York (REBNY), the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA), and the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM).
