Charles Beard is a member of CBRE's Atlanta Tenant Representation Group. In that capacity, he has represented numerous national and regional corporations in Atlanta with their real estate needs by providing a variety of consulting services dealing with such issues as disposition of space, renegotiating existing leases and analyzing relocation alternatives. Mr. Beard's in-depth knowledge of the market, combined with his creativity in formulating strategies and implementing solutions, enable him to add significant value to his clients' transactions. His clients include Witt Kieffer Executive Search Firm, Orea Energy Investment LLC, Spherion Corporation, Regions Bank and Newell-Rubbermaid. Before joining CBRE, Mr. Beard was with Wells Real Estate Funds as an Asset Management Analyst.
