Chuck oversees KLNB’s Columbia office and serves on the firm’s Executive Committee. A tenured broker, he focuses on office and flex leasing and sales in the Baltimore-Washington Corridor.
A former CPA, Chuck applies his financial expertise and knowledge gleaned from 20 years at CBRE to his role at KLNB. Immersed in the community, he has served as a voting member of the Howard County Economic Development Incentives Committee since 2018. He earned his Bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Maryland.
