With over two decades of experience in the New York City commercial real estate market, Charles has brokered more than half a billion dollars in sales in his career. As a Senior Director at Highcap Group, he has sold several large hotels and retail buildings as well as some notable development site throughout Queens and Manhattan. Known widely for his unwavering commitment to his clients, Charles started his career through residential real estate in Queens, building a deep international network as he moved up to commercial leasing and sales in the area.
