Charles is responsible for overall development and execution of leasing strategies for properties. Charles has a strong knowledge of negotiating lease terms with retailers on a national, regional, and local level. He has experience in all aspects of leasing including site selection, lease negotiation, merchandising and redevelopment. Charles currently heads up the leasing efforts for Riverton, a ground up-$2.5 billion/6.5 million SF, mixed-use project (Sayreville, NJ), Empire Outlets (Staten Island, NY), Shopes at Somerset(Glastonbury, CT), Bull Street(Columbia, SC), Oak Court (Memphis,TN), Gallaria at Fort Lauderdale (Fort Lauderdale, FL), Franklin Mall (Philadelphia, PA) and Stony Point Fashion Park(Richmond, VA), all while being part of the Retail Property Management Leadership Team.
