XR Real Estate was founded by Charles Curtis. He brings almost 20 years of experience in the commercial property sector and has advised on more than £1 billion worth of transactions across office, retail, industrial and mixed-use assets.
Known for his strategic thinking and discreet execution, Charles has built trusted relationships with institutional funds, private investors and property companies — consistently delivering well-structured, high-performing deals, often off-market.
He takes a hands-on, client led and requirement focused approach to every transaction, leveraging his experience to unlock opportunities and create long-term value for clients through clear advice and intelligent deal-making.
Outside of work, Charles is a devoted husband and father, an avid golfer and has a passion for good food. He also serves as Chairman of the Jami Golf Society, an annual charity event that raises vital funds to support individuals living with mental illness.
