Charles (Chuck) Ditchman leads the design team for nationwide impact housing projects from The Annex Group. From conceptualization to completion, Chuck is involved in making sure all projects are designed with optimal functionality and high quality in mind from the very beginning. In this role, Chuck helps to develop and implement design standards and guidelines while remaining compliant with local building codes, relevant regulations and best practices in each market The Annex Group serves. With three decades of experience in design, project management and architect positions, Chuck’s strong technical background makes him an asset within the design team.
