Charles Duvall is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, where he earned a degree in
Finance. He began his commercial real estate career in 2021 with Lightle Beckner Robison, Inc.,
specializing in office and industrial brokerage in Melbourne, Florida.
During his time at LBR, Charles successfully worked with a diverse client base — from local and
regional businesses to national real estate investment trusts. He completed over 150 transactions
and represented a landlord portfolio totaling approximately 1.5 million square feet. His notable
clients have included Patrick Industries (NASDAQ: PATK), Park Industrial, Kroger Fulfillment
Network (NYSE: KR), and Thematic Capital Group.
Now based in Orlando, Charles focuses exclusively on industrial real estate, representing
