Charles is a Senior Managing Director and co-head of the San Francisco office of JLL Capital Markets, Americas and co-leader of JLL’s National Multi-Housing Group. He joined JLL as part of the HFF acquisition and specializes in multi-housing finance. He works with major lending institutions across the country to secure bridge, permanent and construction financing. Since 2012, Charles has closed more than 330 multi-housing transactions totaling more than $24 billion in capitalizations.
