Charlie Hargis has been a successful real estate professional in the San Antonio market for over 26 years. During his career he has focused primarily on industrial project leasing for both institutional and private clients. Charlie is also highly skilled in tenant representation, site selection, land transactions, and investment sales.
Charlie began his career at Prologis, initially serving as a leasing agent before rising to become the San Antonio market officer. Over the course of his career, he has completed over 1500 leases representing more than 30 million square feet.
Charlie has also managed over $500 million in industrial development and acquisition projects. Prior to joining JLL, Charlie served as a Principal/Partner with Endura Advisory Group.
