Chuck Johanns is a Senior Managing Director handling investment sales on the Capital Markets team in Newmark’s Chicago office. He has over 25 years of experience representing clients in multifamily dispositions and capitalizations in the Chicago area and across the Midwest. During his investment sales career, he has managed the sale or recapitalization of more than $8 billion in multifamily investments.
Prior to Newmark, Johanns co-led JLL’s Chicago Multifamily Investment Sales team, serving as a Senior Director for six years representing owners in the sale of multifamily assets.
Prior to JLL, Johanns experience includes over 12 years as a Principal at Trammell Crow Company and serving as a Managing Director at Houlihan Capital.
