Charles has lived in Citrus County most of his life, attending school in Inverness. After receiving degrees in both Marketing and Risk Management-Insurance from Florida State University, he went on to own a very successful Insurance Agency in Crystal River for about 19 years before he sold it. He then began a career in Real Estate over a decade ago.<br><br>Charles has been married to his wife Clare for 32 years and they have 3 children; Harlan is 27 and the twins, Bailey(sister) and Hayden(Brother) are 24.<br><br>Charles understands the process of buying or selling a home and has a definite attention for detail.
